Job Duties:
Provide excellent customer service.
Operate a busy hotel switchboard, sales, and general administration duties.
To assist other departments in the organisation and smooth operation of the hotel.
Dealing with cash and credit transactions and other general hotel operation duties as required.
The successful applicant must be flexible to work varying hotel shift pattern.
Qualifications / Experience:
Experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills are required.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative is essential.
