Job Duties:
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Serve and present hot non-alcoholic beverages quickly and efficiently.
Assist in keeping front-of-house clean and tidy, at all times.
Make customers aware of offers on food and drinks.
Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals.
Adhere to all policies and procedures.


Qualifications / Experience:
Previous experience within a customer service role is essential.
Barista experience would be an advantage.
