Make sure you want to work for min wage, have a hour off your wage day or night shifts. Pay for your own police checks, have very little training or none when you start and be left short staffed. Don't bother complaining management don't listen. Don't lose your badge that's £5 please. Wear comfortable shoes the building is massive bigger than some hotels. O last thing you have to give them first 2 weeks wages (your to get them back when you leave but watch your payslip) and watch your pay most months there wrong and you have to run and run to get it fixed then have to wait till next month. And you have loads of there FFG which is online training most none to do with the work or you'll get pulled in for it. There more worried about getting them done than listen to staff about there complains about the care of clients.

Nope deffo one of the worst places have worked a lot of the staff are good and trying to do there best but when the company really makes it hard for you then it affects the clients. The building should of not been build 80 beds only one thing company greedy for money not caring for the care of clients or staff
