Rules of the Forum
No advertising except in the appropriate area
Play nice, As a community we aim to remain civil and treat each other with respect
Honesty, Good honest reviews containing the good and the bad... every bad review has some good points as well
No 'hounding', DO NOT pester any member for any reason, Example If they request you stop PM'ing them then do so if not then admin will reserve the right to ban
*this list is not exhaustive and may be added to
extra note for employers
please do try and keep experience requirements to a minimum. Yes it is common knowledge that experience is beneficial However experienced new employees still require training as you may do things different to the previous employer and risk old habits you do not like creeping in. So sometimes it is more beneficial to train new employees to the line of work rather than seeking out old hands at the task
Additional info
As this is a forum for free speech the staff of the forum will not take down a bad review easily, so If you happen to have a review that you wish to be removed, there is one of two ways:
1) ask the poster to kindly take it down
2) contribute to the forum with £. as this is a free forum any proceeds coming in such a manner will go to the running and upkeep of the forum. however this will not be cheep due to the nature of the request, as it will be removing someone's opinion and taking away from the very nature of helping both employers and employees. the cost of this will be forwarded by myself - the Admin or a moderator to the one who requests comments/threads be removed. a monthly one may become available if the need ever arises
also note that neither of these two ways will prevent future similar comments from arising and this will mean that you will have to go through process 1 or 2 all over again. the process is for ONE comment or thread (if forum staff dealing with it) ONLY and will not be resolved in any other manner.
Anyone disputing otherwise to get a comment or thread removed will simply be directed to these rules with a hyper link with little to no other responce
